How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your eNepali account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your eNepali account using the button below.
2. Provide a reason (optional) for why you'd like to delete your account.
3. Submit your deletion request by clicking "Request Account Deletion".
4. Our team will review and process your request. You will receive confirmation once complete.

You can cancel a pending deletion request at any time before it is processed.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, the following data will be deleted:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, profile picture)
• Your username and login credentials
• Your preferences and notification settings
• Your bookmarks and saved content
• Your push notification tokens

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or operational reasons:

• Transaction and activity logs — retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
• Content you posted publicly (posts, comments, reviews) — may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve community content integrity.
• Legal obligations — any data required to be retained by law will be kept for the legally mandated period.
